Who we are
A small firm for one kind of house
Delfina Bojorquez started the firm to do one thing well: renovate the single-story block and stucco houses Phoenix grew up in. Six of us work on them, and the person who comes to your walk-through is the person who runs the job.
We don't build new houses, pools or second stories, and we don't do roofs or landscaping. We know how a slab, a block wall and a low truss roof behave, and that is the work we want.
