The walk-through
An hour with a tape, a ladder and a flashlight
Delfina or Nicanor comes to the house, measures the room, opens the attic hatch, looks at the slab, the panel and the ducts, and asks how you use the house.
You show us what bothers you. A few days later you get the written estimate, and everything we found is on it.
What the written estimate holds
The scope, room by room
What is not included, and why
Allowances for the things you choose
The schedule, week by week
Each payment and what must be finished before it is due

On site
A typical first week
This is a first week for a wall, a bath or a ceiling. A carport or a patio starts with the slab. You keep living in the house.
- 01Monday
Set-up
We cover floors and walkways, hang dust barriers over doorways, tape over the air returns and put the dumpster where we agreed.
- 02Tuesday
Shut-offs
Power or water to the work area is turned off for the day, and we tell you which one ahead of time. The rest of the house keeps running.
- 03Wednesday
Demolition
The wall, floor or ceiling comes out. Any test results and the engineer's letter are on site.
- 04Thursday
What the wall hides
We look at what is now open, call the electrician or plumber if needed, and show you anything we didn't expect.
- 05Friday
Sweep and look
The work area is swept, tools are put away, and we look at it together so the weekend is quiet.
What we ask of you
Four things that make a job go smoothly
Clear the room
Move what you can. We move and cover the rest.
Tell us about pets and children
We keep gates closed and tools picked up, but we need to know who is home.
Show us where to park and where to work
A clear path to the work area, and a place for the dumpster, keeps the street and the neighbors calm.
Have one person who can say yes
When we open a wall and find something, a quick answer keeps the job moving.
Ready to book the visit?
Text a photo and we will set a time that suits you. The visit and the written estimate have no charge; they cover measuring and a written scope, not engineering or permit drawings.
