What we collect

When you use our form, call or text us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, street or ZIP code, details about your house and any photos you send.

How we use it

• To answer you and set a walk-through
• To write your estimate and schedule
• To file the permit applications you agreed to
• To keep the records the law and our contracts require

Who sees it

Our own team, the engineer on your plans, and the few services we use to run the business, such as email and scheduling. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the work you asked for and to meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Call or write to the address on this site.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be on this page.
