Check us
Four ways to check before you sign
Check the license
Search the Arizona Registrar of Contractors by our license number. The record shows the license class and its status.
Request the insurance paper
Insurance certificates go to you, or to your lender, before work starts, with the carrier's name on them.
Ask about lead
For homes built before 1978 you get the EPA's renovation pamphlet before work starts, and the work follows the EPA's lead rule.
Watch the permit
The City of Phoenix permit stays on site during the work, and each inspection is signed off before the next step.
Something in the contract unclear?
Ask at the walk-through, or text us. We would rather you read it with a pencil before you sign.
